Welcome to Signature Entertainment. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Platform Services

Signature Entertainment provides a marketplace connecting artists, venues, and event organizers. We facilitate bookings, contract management, and payment processing but are not a party to the independent contracts formed between users.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information at all times.

4. Bookings and Payments

All financial transactions on Signature Entertainment are processed securely. As a venue or artist, you agree to the payment terms defined in your tier assignment. Any disputes regarding event performance must be handled in accordance with the signed service contract between parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under the CPA, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our platform, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by our management.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
